Reports and Statistics

     
Open Enrollment Impact Reports including: 1) Student lists based upon any defined area (study areas, attendance zones, or individual streets and blocks); 2) Attendance matrices illustrating transfer student patterns; and 3) Lists and student countsbased upon any data maintained in the district student database.
Student Generation Studies: Student records are related directly to their particular County Assessor records (housing unit) so that detailed reports can be created by housing type, ageof unit or other criteria.
Residential Development Activity Reports: Based upon contacts with developers and planning officials, tract listings and other project reports can be created which include tract numbers, proposed number and type of units, along with the estimated timing of future construction.
Housing Count & Property Owner Lists: Based upon tax assessor data for any area within the district.
Population and Socio-economic Forecasts: A wide variety public information can be integrated into the system for mapping and statistical analysis.
Street Name and Address Directories: Directories for current or proposed attendance areas for enrollment use with a list of street names, address ranges, study area numbers, schools of attendance, city, zip code and other information the district may request.
Specialized Re-Districting Studies: Re-districting studies can be performed on any district defined areas and criteria. Example: Board of Education Trustee Area Demographic Analysis.
Attendance Boundary Simulation: Reports and maps of existing or projected enrollment by grade level for various proposed boundary scenarios.
Mailing Lists and Surveys: Mailing lists can be generated from a number of sources including Assessor’s data, voter registration or student address files, etc. Notices can be prepared and mailed.
Future Enrollment Projections: Prepared for various grade configurations and any geographic area such as study areas, attendance zones and district-wide summaries. Based upon factors such as past birthrates, mobility/migration, new residential developments, etc. Projections can be used for future facility siting.
“Build-out” or maturation projections: Based upon current housing inventory, proposed subdivision units and future potential units.
